Job Description:

We are looking for an Electrical Harness Design Engineer to support the design and development of electrical installation systems for aircraft Economy and Business Class seats. Key Responsibilities Design and develop 3D electrical harness routing and installation models for aircraft seating. Work on Electrical System Installation (ESI) and integration for seat and front-row monument programs. Create and update 2D electrical documents such as wiring diagrams, block diagrams, and harness drawings. Define cable lengths and support prototype and production activities. Ensure designs comply with customer standards and internal guidelines. Coordinate electrical–mechanical interfaces with internal teams and system manufacturers. Support manufacturing during prototype, pilot, and production stages. Prepare parts lists and production-ready electrical drawings. Maintain clear project documentation, including changes and design decisions. Participate in customer meetings and technical reviews. Required Skills Hands-on experience with

CATIA V5

(GSD, Part Design, Assembly, Drafting; Sheet Metal preferred). Manual electrical harness routing experience; experience in Business Class seat harness design is an added advantage. Knowledge of CATIA V5 SKE system. Basic understanding of mechanical bracket feasibility (sheet metal). Experience with

PLM tools ; Teamcenter with ECN/ECR is a plus. Good communication and teamwork skills. Added Advantages Knowledge of 3D PDF creation. Exposure to aircraft seating or aerospace domain.
