Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Lucknow. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and monitoring budgets. Key duties include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, assisting in preparing tax documentation, and supporting the leadership team with financial insights for decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes.

Qualifications Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management Experience with accounting software, bookkeeping, and preparing tax documentation Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Previous experience in event management or hospitality industry finance is a plus Knowledge of applicable financial regulations and compliance standards
