CRM Campaign Manager
Purpose:
Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns with technical precision, ensuring seamless delivery of personalized communications across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and deploy email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns in marketing automation platforms
Create dynamic content blocks, templates, and personalization logic
Implement segmentation queries and audience selection criteria
Set up A/B tests, control groups, and campaign measurement frameworks
QA campaigns across devices, clients, and markets before deployment
Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and optimize technical performance
Maintain campaign calendar and coordinate with lifecycle marketing teams
Document technical processes and maintain campaign build standards
Requirements:
3-5 years experience building campaigns in enterprise marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
Proficiency with HTML/CSS for email and in-app messaging
Knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and data queries
Understanding of personalization engines and dynamic content
Detail-oriented with strong QA and testing mindset
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple campaigns simultaneously
Experience with AMPscript, Liquid, or similar templating languages beneficial
