About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Lead to own and drive end-to-end marketing across brand, growth, and ecosystem engagement. This role requires a hands-on marketer experienced across
branding, performance marketing, PR, SEO/AEO, social media, podcasts, events, and webinars , with strong expertise in
LinkedIn Ads for lead generation .
The role combines strategic ownership with strong execution — building brand authority while delivering measurable pipeline outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own overall
brand positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy
Plan and execute
LinkedIn Ads campaigns
focused on lead generation and registrations
Drive
SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
to improve organic discovery across search and AI platforms
Manage website performance, keyword strategy, and organic traffic growth
Lead
PR and media outreach , including press releases and ecosystem visibility
Drive
social media strategy and leadership branding , especially on LinkedIn
Manage
podcasts, video content, and thought-leadership initiatives
Plan and execute
events, roundtables, and ecosystem activations
Own
webinars and virtual sessions
end-to-end
Oversee landing pages, funnels, and conversion optimisation
Execute email marketing and audience nurturing campaigns
Coordinate agencies, designers, and external partners
Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI
Skillset
Strong expertise in
LinkedIn Ads & B2B performance marketing
SEO strategy, keyword planning, and technical SEO understanding
Working knowledge of
AEO / AI search optimisation
Branding and narrative development
Public Relations and media coordination
Social media growth and executive positioning
Podcast and video marketing execution
Event and webinar marketing
Marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting
Conversion optimisation and funnel thinking
Strong execution ownership and stakeholder management
Experience Required
3-5 years of experience in B2B, startup, venture, or SaaS marketing
Proven experience across both
brand-building and demand generation
Demonstrated success in lead generation and organic growth initiatives
Experience working within founder/investor ecosystems preferred
