Program specialists – Multiple locations

Locations: Capitals cities of Haryana / Rajasthan / Madhya Pradesh / Telangana / Assam / Odisha / Andaman & Nicobar Islands

Minimum Qualification:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Mechanical / Power / Renewable Energy Engineering

• Diploma or certification in solar / renewable energy is an advantage.

Must Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in power or renewable energy sector

• Hands-on experience in rooftop solar project implementation

• Direct involvement in beneficiary handling, vendor coordination, inspections, or commissioning activities

• Experience working with DISCOMs, SNAs, EPCs, or implementing agencies.

Advantage:

• Familiarity with PM Surya Ghar / rooftop solar schemes, subsidy workflows, and National Solar Portal

• Experience in field-level implementation, technical feasibility assessments, or site inspections

• Exposure to MIS systems, reporting tools, and dashboard-based monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day implementation of rooftop solar activities at State and DISCOM level

• Coordinate beneficiary processes including application screening, technical feasibility, installation, and commissioning

• Support vendor empanelment, and performance tracking

• Support quality assurance, safety compliance, and grievance redressal processes

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of rooftop solar systems, installation standards, and safety norms

• Hands-on experience with field coordination and implementation tracking

• Ability to work with MIS tools, spreadsheets, and reporting formats

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to work in fast-paced government program environments
