Mandatory Skills

· Hands-on experience with Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python/Node.js/React.js) Senior Full-Stack Engineers to design, build, and integrate end-to-end experiences that activate Next Best Actions (NBA) across digital and assisted channels. This role focuses on developing frontend and backend components using modern web technologies (React or equivalent, Node.js and/or Python), building API-first integrations with the NBA decision engine, state machine, action library, and external channel platforms (email, SMS, push, web, call-center, etc.). The ideal candidate has strong experience with cloud-native development, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event-driven integrations (Kafka or equivalent), along with a solid understanding of security, performance, and observability. The engineer will deliver production-grade features, collaborate closely with backend, data, and UX teams, and ensure seamless, scalable activation of personalized actions across channels, with experience in regulated or healthcare environments considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Support test and deployment of new products and features Participate in code reviews.

Qualifications
