Manager – Operations, Compliance & Data (Reports to:
Associate Dean – International Affairs)
Purpose:
To build and manage the operational backbone of the Directorate by institutionalising processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational integrity, and data-driven decision-making across all international activities. The role safeguards institutional risk while enabling strategic growth through accurate reporting, documentation, and performance analytics.
Qualification:
Master’s degree in Management / Operations / Data Analytics / Public Administration with 5–8 years of experience in: Academic administration, International office operations, Project management/data systems
Key responsibilities
1) Partnership & MoU Management
Maintain a centralized database of: International partners, Universities, Schools, Embassies
Track lifecycle of: MoUs, Collaboration proposals, Renewals
Coordinate with legal and academic units for documentation.
2) Institutional Memory & Knowledge Systems
Document: Meeting outcomes, Engagement history, Strategic insights from outreach visits
Create structured repositories for: Contacts, Agreements, Activity logs
Ensure continuity of relationships beyond individuals.
3) Compliance & Governance
Support regulatory compliance related to: International student admissions, Documentation processes, Institutional partnerships
Maintain audit-ready records for accreditation and reporting.
4) Data, Dashboards & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards on: Outreach activities, Recruitment performance, Partnership progress, Mobility numbers
Prepare structured reports for: Leadership meetings, Task force reviews, Strategic planning
5) Internal Coordination
Act as the operational interface between DIA and: Admissions, Finance, Legal, Academic Partner Institutions, and Schools
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of action items.
Ideal Profile
5-8 years of experience in academic operations, compliance, or institutional governance
Strong knowledge of UGC/AICTE regulations and international collaboration guidelines
Experience handling audits, documentation, and institutional approvals
Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
High attention to detail and risk awareness
Ability to work independently and push back diplomatically when needed
