You’ll improve output quality, reliability, and latency in real-world systems

— tied directly to user activation, retention, and revenue.

What You’ll Work On Deploy & scale AI services on GCP (Cloud Run, GKE...) Integrate foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq ) Design prompt scaffolding & dynamic context architectures Build and optimize RAG pipelines Run structured experiments (prompt refinement, multi-model routing, API fine-tuning) Improve async workflows (retries, idempotency, partial failures) Reduce latency & optimize cost-performance Build evaluation frameworks tied to real product metrics Reduce AI-induced churn & increase session success rate

What We’re Looking For 1–4 years of engineering experience Strong backend skills (Python , Node.js) Hands-on LLM API integration in production Experience with GCP infrastructure Comfortable with async flows & state management Experience running A/B tests or structured experiments Strong product mindset High-agency, self starter
