Sales & Operations Intern

to join our remote team. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to

build a career in sales, CRM management, and event venue operations while working with a US-based business.

We are looking for smart, disciplined, and highly motivated individuals

who are eager to learn and grow in a high-performance environment.

Basic Requirements ✔ Good English communication (spoken & written) ✔ Comfortable speaking with clients on calls and messages ✔ Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot knowledge is a plus) ✔ Organized and disciplined with follow-ups ✔ Willing to work strictly in PST (California) time zone ✔ Fast learner with strong work ethic

What You Will Learn • Event venue sales process • Lead management and client communication • HubSpot CRM pipeline management • Sales reporting and performance tracking • Handling high-value client conversations • Sales strategies used in the US event industry

Key Responsibilities • Manage leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, WhatsApp, calls, referrals & walk-ins • Immediate and professional follow-ups with prospects • Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM pipeline • Assist in preparing weekly sales reports • Support client calls and booking discussions • Track lead performance and booking conversions • Assist in implementing strategies to increase bookings and revenue
