Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for market expansion
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Conduct client presentations, site visits, and negotiations
Close high-ticket transactions with a consultative sales approach
Track sales performance and share regular MIS/reporting
