Role Summary:
We are hiring a
target-driven Platform Growth Manager
to own the complete life-cycle of platform
Expert sourcing, on-boarding, activation, performance management, and revenue growth .
This role has focused on building a
high-quality, revenue-generating Expert ecosystem
through data-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and activate high-quality Experts aligned with revenue benchmarks
Ensure Experts achieve
first revenue milestones within defined timelines
Drive Expert growth through pricing, availability, promotions, and utilization optimization
Track and manage Expert KPIs: revenue, activation, retention, churn
Deliver data-backed feedback and performance improvement plans
Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
Build dashboards and share performance insights with leadership
Key KPIs:
Experts onboarded per month
Time-to-first revenue
Average Revenue per Expert (ARPE)
Activation, retention & churn metrics
Required Skills & Experience:
MBA in Sales / Marketing (mandatory)
Target-driven sales / partner management experience
Hands-on experience managing
external partners
(dealers, distributors, agents, retailers)
Proven post-onboarding growth and retention ownership
Strong analytical, KPI, and revenue tracking skills
Team management experience
Preferred Background:
Channel sales / partner growth / sales operations
FMCG, Telecom, D2C, EdTech, Consumer Durables experience
Experience managing large partner networks
