Role Overview:
Weโre looking for a hands-on Marketing & Brand Coordinator who can own day-to-day brand execution and act as the bridge between internal teams and external partners. This role is about making things happen, not just planning them. We need people with a strong understanding of fashion & social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with PR agency, marketing freelancers, and external partners
- Translate brand ideas into daily execution across social, website, and campaigns
- Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables across design, content, and tech teams
- Oversee content calendars, launches, campaigns, and brand drops
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Assist founder in campaign planning, shoots, events, and collaborations
- Track performance basics (campaign progress, content output, deadlines)

What Weโre Looking For:
- 1โ3 years experience in brand, marketing, or coordination roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good taste, brand sense, and understanding of digital-first brands
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, startup environments
- Can take ownership and reduce founder dependency over time
