Role overview We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented

Growth Intern

to support our performance marketing and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on role that requires strong ownership, data-driven thinking, and the ability to work deeply with raw datasets to generate actionable insights. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large datasets, analyzing funnel metrics, and building performance dashboards to support business growth decisions.

Key Responsiblilities Build, maintain, and optimize reports using

Excel

and

Power BI Support performance marketing analysis (Meta Ads, retention campaigns, etc.) Track and analyze full-funnel metrics: Impressions → Clicks → Add to Cart (ATC) → Purchase Identify funnel drop-offs, growth opportunities, and revenue leakages Work extensively with raw datasets and convert them into structured insights Present clear, actionable insights to management Assist in experiment tracking (A/B testing) and performance evaluation Monitor key growth KPIs and suggest optimization opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on proficiency in

Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, Lookups, Logical functions) Working knowledge of

Power BI (Dashboard creation, visualization, data modeling basics) Basic understanding of performance marketing KPIs: CTR (Click Through Rate) CVR (Conversion Rate) ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) LTV (Lifetime Value) Strong data handling and number crunching ability Comfortable working with large datasets Basic understanding of: Shopify GA4 (Google Analytics 4) Meta Ads SEO Retention Marketing Ability to extract meaningful insights and communicate clearly to management High ownership mindset with strong analytical thinking
