We’re onboarding a
Managing Partner (Sales)
to drive global revenue and strategic growth for SkillsCapital — one of the fastest-scaling platforms for on-demand enterprise tech talent. You’ll define GTM strategy, lead enterprise deals, and expand high-value accounts across the
U.S., U.K., Europe, and the Middle East.
Ideal for high-context senior professionals, industry veterans, ex-founders, and leaders seeking meaningful involvement without traditional employment structures.

What You’ll Own
Define and lead global GTM and revenue strategy
Own pipeline development, enterprise outreach, proposals, and closures
Lead strategic deals personally, especially high-value global accounts
Build a lean sales engine — internal + affiliates + channel partnerships
Partner closely with delivery, sourcing, and founders for end-to-end success
Establish repeatable systems for scale: pipeline, conversion, renewals, upsell
You will operate as a
business owner , not a traditional sales hire.

You’re comfortable selling
talent + tech + platform solutions
You prefer high-leverage, strategic involvement over managerial busywork
You have strong networks in enterprise tech, IT services, or consulting
You may be semi-retired, portfolio-based, or seeking high-impact work with flexibility
Bonus: experience in IT staffing, consulting, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS

Compensation
This is a senior partnership role built on
flexible, ownership-aligned earnings rather than a traditional fixed salary structure .
Compensation will follow a
performance-linked profit participation model , offering meaningful upside tied directly to the business and long-term value you help create.

Top contributors can realistically earn
₹5L–₹20L+ per month , based on business generated, portfolio influence, and strategic wins.
