Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Executive with hands-on experience managing Indian marketplace seller accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and JioMart. This is not a generic e-commerce role and requires practical knowledge of seller dashboards, listings, and account health.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Account Management Handle daily operations of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & JioMart seller accounts
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance
- Coordinate with marketplace support for issues and resolutions
- Product Listing & Catalog Management Create, fix, and optimize product listings
- Bulk product uploads using Excel templates
- Operational & Reporting Work
- Prepare basic reports using Excel
- Track orders, returns, and performance data
- Support internal operational requirements
Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Indian marketplaces (Amazon / Flipkart required)
- Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
- Good Excel skills (bulk uploads, reports)
- Experience in listing management & catalog troubleshooting
- Candidates without marketplace experience will NOT be considered
Good to Have
Experience with Myntra, Meesho, or JioMart
Understanding of basic ads/promotions on marketplaces
