Design Engineer - Plumbing & Fire Systems

Qualifications : B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Civil Proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Office.

Experience: 2 - 10 Years of experience in PHE/ Fire Design. Experience in Residential/ Commercial/ Industrial projects.

Functional Skills Requirements:

Design Skills

– Requirements collection, Preparation of Load Estimate, Design basis report, Space Planning Drawing Skills

– 2D drawings, schematic / single line drawings, detailed sections/ Elevations as applicable. Documentation

– Preparation of Material Take of Sheets, Bill of Quantities, Technical specifications, Budgetary estimates, Quantity take off sheets and Supporting documents. Project Execution

– Responding to RFIs, Quality Reports, Material and drawing approvals Responsible for the project from the design stage to execution and completion of the project at site. Monitoring the progress of work at site and reporting the same to the management and client as required.

Other Requirements:
