Job Description The ideal candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities through direct field sales. Using a consultative selling approach, the candidate will identify and qualify leads, converting them into successful sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities Meet and exceed assigned field sales targets Generate business from new and existing customer accounts Conduct face-to-face meetings and manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Build strong relationships and maintain long-term customer engagement Provide accurate and timely reporting through CRM systems Qualifications 0-4 years of experience in field sales or any related domain Experience and working knowledge of CRM tools Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets Strong written and verbal communication skills
