Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Specialist to join our Ahmedabad team. In this role, you will be the voice of the company — ensuring every customer interaction is positive, solution-driven, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner - Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions - Build strong, long-term customer relationships through effective communication - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries - Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and service quality - Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Positive, patient, and customer-first attitude - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Prior customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory) - Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage - Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month

Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week
