Information Technology Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure secure, scalable, and efficient IT operations aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end management of IT infrastructure (Servers, Network, Firewall, Cloud, Hardware, Software). Ensure high system uptime and smooth business operations. Oversee LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric & access control systems. Manage IT asset lifecycle and vendor relationships. Implement and monitor cybersecurity frameworks and data protection policies. Manage firewalls, endpoint security, antivirus & backup systems. Handle ERP implementation, maintenance & system upgrades. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Production and Sales for system integration. Lead and mentor IT support team. Manage IT budgets, AMC contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs). Develop IT roadmap aligned with company growth strategy. Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Network Administration and Server Management. Experience with ERP systems (Manufacturing ERP preferred). Expertise in Cybersecurity protocols and firewall management. Data backup and disaster recovery planning. IT budgeting and cost optimization. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Qualification: B.Tech / BE in IT / Computer Science. 6–10 years of relevant experience. Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role. Preferred: Experience in Manufacturing Industry. Knowledge of SAP / Tally ERP B1/ Spine / Custom ERP. Certifications like CCNA / MCSE / Cybersecurity preferred.
