Are you a passionate and result-driven sales professional with strong experience in Solar and Renewal Energy. We are looking for dynamic candidates with hands-on expertise in selling DCR & NDCR solar modules across key markets. Role Overview

As an Executive-Sales, you will be responsible for:

✔️ Driving sales of DCR & NDCR modules in the region

✔️ Handling sales for PM Surya Ghar initiatives, rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects

✔️ Identifying new business opportunities and building strong channel/partner networks

✔️ Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent after-sales support

✔️ Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets

✔️ Coordinating with internal teams for project execution and delivery

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3–10 years of proven sales experience in Solar / Inverter / Pump industry

✅ Hands-on experience selling DCR & NDCR solar modules

✅ Strong understanding of rooftop & ground-mounted solar projects

✅ Existing network with EPCs, dealers, channel partners, influencers in target states

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented with a field-driven mindset
