Role Overview We are looking for an experienced

Infor WFM professional

with solid

Groovy scripting expertise

to support, customize, and enhance Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient WFM configurations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities Configure, customize, and support

Infor WFM

modules based on business requirements Develop and maintain

Groovy scripts

for business rules, automation, validations, and integrations Analyze workforce requirements including

time & attendance, scheduling, leave, and labor rules Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions Collaborate with functional and technical teams for enhancements and upgrades Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration artifacts Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience working on

Infor Workforce Management (WFM) 1–2 years of hands-on experience in

Groovy Scripting Strong understanding of WFM concepts: Time & Attendance Scheduling Absence & Leave Management Labor Rules Experience with

WFM configurations, workflows, and integrations Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Good to Have Experience with

Infor CloudSuite / Infor HCM integrations Exposure to

REST/SOAP APIs Experience supporting global workforce implementations Prior experience in HRIS or workforce transformation projects
