Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Architect

Role: Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Architect Location: Remote Experience: 10-12 Years

Role Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Field Service Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale Salesforce Field Service solutions for service operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will define the architecture for Field Service implementations, establish best practices across the Salesforce platform, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing large-scale Service Cloud and Field Service architectures, with strong expertise in platform design, integrations, mobility, and scalable service operations.

Key Responsibilities ● Define the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service implementations. ● Architect scalable solutions supporting work order management, service appointments, technician scheduling, dispatcher console operations, and asset servicing. ● Design platform architecture using Salesforce core capabilities, custom development frameworks, and declarative automation tools. ● Define architecture for integration between Salesforce and enterprise platforms such as ERP, asset management, and inventory systems. ● Establish best practices for data model design, security architecture, performance optimization, and scalability. ● Provide architectural oversight for implementations involving Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and platform automation. ● Guide teams on integration patterns including API-based integrations, middleware, and event-driven architectures. ● Define architecture for mobile-first field service solutions supporting technician mobility. ● Evaluate and incorporate emerging Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud into service operations where appropriate. ● Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce design principles and governance frameworks.

Salesforce Technology Stack Expertise ● Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service architecture. ● Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform development frameworks. ● Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and middleware-based integrations. ● Experience designing solutions leveraging Salesforce Flows, platform events, and automation frameworks. ● Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, enterprise data architecture, and master data management concepts. ● Knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities including Agentforce and Einstein AI for service automation.

Required Skills & Experience ● 9+ years of experience in Salesforce platform implementations. ● Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions. ● Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, integration architecture, and platform scalability. ● Experience guiding large Salesforce implementation programs and distributed delivery teams.

Certifications (Preferred) ● Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect ● Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Field Service Consultant
