Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, guiding them through the loan application process, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience with our services.

Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in meeting sales targets and closing deals Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in personal loans and related processes Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving to effectively handle customer inquiries and provide solutions Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the financial services industry is a strong advantage Proactive approach, attention to detail, and a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
