Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontend Developer based in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for developing user-friendly front-end interfaces, ensuring responsive designs, maintaining seamless integration with back-end systems, and optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement visually appealing and functional applications will also be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of experience - Strong experience with Next.js, React, and TailwindCSS - Experience with Redux or React Context for state management - Good understanding of authentication systems - Experience working with server-side rendering (SSR) - Basic understanding of backend systems, APIs, and databases - Create reusable components and maintain clean, scalable code - Ability to independently research solutions, compare options, and implement effective approaches - Ability to create UI implementations by taking inspiration from existing products or references when designs are unavailable - Ability to prototype quickly and translate ideas into working UI components - Understanding of system design and application architecture we value engineers who understand how systems work rather than relying blindly on AI-generated or “vibe-coded” solutions
