Information Technology Executive (Based in Pune)

Operation

- Provide level 1-2 technical support for day-to-day, inclusive application supports. - Coordination & Liaising with external vendors. - Identify, track and solve application problems raised via dedicated incident management tool. - Progressive maintain and built knowledge base documentation for technical troubleshooting and best practices. - Handles hardware and software inventory. - Any other IT support and projects.

Application

- ERPs administration. - Ensure data (i.e. spares, jobs, class, inventory, location are accurately built, mapped and maintained in the PMS. - Monitor and review job frequencies, overdue jobs and defects jobs on a routine basis. - Ensure that business requirements are documented. - Perform functional test on product and coordinate User Acceptance Test with business users

Vessel

- Support, coordinates and on-site IT deployments to/from vessel. - Manage the entire lifecycle in SMS including initial setup, activities and forms creation and modification, workflow changes and resolve queries from the Marine Team. - Support and monitor any issues arising from the Fleet Management System (FMS) end users. - Provide Training for on signing crew members on ERP application modules.

Requirement

- Candidate possess at Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent - 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support in a shipping Company would be advantageous. - Knowledge in ERP administration is a must and with experience would be advantageous. - Proven ability to collaborates, blend-ins and foster a team-oriented environment - Proven ability to self-drive work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment - Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - Good understanding of M365 application, NAS, Windows 11 operation system and services like SMB, Windows Updates, Profiles, Folder Permission hierarchy, Event logs. - Understood simple scripting such as Bat, PowerShell and Networking.
