About Program Delivery: Program Delivery oversees day-to-day project activities, including management of the internal team and client communication. They’re also responsible for resourcing and financial reporting across the program. Program Delivery has unique autonomy to be strategic and drive decision making. They’re there from start to finish. Ultimately, program management is the hub that’s holding everything together.

What’s the role? Huge is looking for a Director of Program Delivery to join our global team. As a Director of Program Delivery, you are responsible for leading and overseeing the on time delivery of development projects —spanning creative, technology, and production. You will serve as the focal point for tactical leadership while maintaining oversight of day-to-day project activities and Project Managers. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and team growth. You are accountable for the Delivery operation and ensure a smooth process. In this role you will collaborate with local and off-shore partners and manage multiple time zones.

What you’ll be doing: Direct program and project management teams to ensure delivery excellence, meeting high-quality standards, client expectations, and financial benchmarks. Maintain joint accountability with Client Partners for portfolio financial health, including accurate forecasting and proactive risk identification. Lead high-stakes, complex programs as a primary lead and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Partner with cross-disciplinary leads (Client Partnership, Technology, Creative, Strategy) to drive portfolio growth through innovation and exceptional delivery. Serve as the primary escalation point for internal and external stakeholders across the entire portfolio. Optimize resource allocation by partnering with resourcing teams to ensure programs are appropriately staffed and supported. Drive estimating, scoping, and contracting for new and existing business, serving as the delivery expert in pitches and collaborating with Finance and Legal teams. Oversee a team of program and project managers, including managing multi-tiered reporting structures. Manage team performance through active coaching, mentorship, and structured performance reviews. Execute high-level time management across competing priorities, including portfolio oversight, strategic execution, scoping, and people management.
