Key Responsibilities
Handle tele-sales activities and engage effectively with potential clients
Manage lead generation and ensure timely follow-ups

Build, manage, and nurture strong client relationships
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication
