Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Develop and execute sales strategies and growth plans
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify new business opportunities and markets
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
Coordinate with marketing and leadership teams
Qualifications
Sales and business development experience, including managing and scaling successful sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in market analysis, trend forecasting, and customer behavior insights
