Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist

Scope of work / responsibilities (required): Enter vendor bills into QBO and route for proper approval Maintain vendor files and W-9s, assist with 1099 preparation Manage corporate card transactions and ensure receipts are uploaded, coded and approved Monitor missing receipt report weekly and follow up with employees Prepare weekly payment runs for administrative processing for amounts over thresholds Process employee reimbursements per policy after approvals and ensure proper sync with QBO Assist with AR bank confirmations and payment portal setup Support month-end close preparation (reconciliation prep, documentation gathering) timely for a 5 day close

Must-have qualification: Accounting graduates and above
