Finance Manager – Export Operations

Role Description

Export Finance & Banking

- Manage export transactions, including MTT, LC, DA/DP, and advance remittances - Monitor foreign currency receipts and export realization - Ensure processing of FIRC, BRC/e-BRC - Forex gain/loss accounting and exposure monitoring - Liaison with banks for LC negotiation and export documentation

Accounting & Financial Management

- Supervise accounting operations and financial closing - Prepare financial statements and management MIS - Cash flow planning and working capital monitoring - Budgeting and financial analysis

Compliance

- GST compliance, including export refunds - TDS and statutory compliance - ROC filings and audit coordination - Handling 15CA / 15CB requirements

Banking & Strategic Finance

- Manage banking relationships and credit facilities - Preparation of CMA data and financial projections - Support management in financial planning and growth strategy

Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant preferred - 3–7years of experience in finance/accounting - Strong exposure to export finance and forex transactions - Experience in pharmaceutical or export-driven organizations preferred - Ability to independently manage the finance function in a growing company

- Qualifications

CA / Inter CA / MBA Finance

• 5–10 years experience (export or pharma experience preferred)
