Job Description – Trifacta Admin Lead

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Trifacta Admin Lead to manage and lead the administration, governance, and performance optimization of Trifacta/Google Cloud Dataprep environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, managing complex data preparation workflows, guiding junior administrators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and high-quality data transformation pipelines.

Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Governance Lead administration of Trifacta / Google Cloud Dataprep environments. Ensure platform reliability, availability, and performance optimization. Implement governance standards, security controls, and compliance practices. Manage user roles, permissions, and environment configurations. Performance Optimization & Monitoring Monitor system performance and troubleshoot platform-related issues. Optimize data preparation workflows and transformation pipelines. Ensure scalability and high availability of the platform. Data Pipeline & Environment Management Oversee complex data preparation and transformation processes. Collaborate with data engineers and architects to streamline workflows. Maintain best practices for data quality and operational efficiency. Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration Guide and mentor junior administrators. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data, Cloud, DevOps, Business). Participate in ITSM processes for incident, problem, and change management. Documentation & Support Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and governance standards. Provide production support and perform root cause analysis for incidents.

Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience in Trifacta administration. Experience managing enterprise-level data preparation platforms. Knowledge of governance and performance optimization practices.

Desired Skills Experience in ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management). Exposure to Google Cloud ecosystem and data transformation frameworks. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Key Competencies Leadership and team mentoring abilities. Strong stakeholder communication skills. Problem-solving and analytical mindset. Experience working in CPG domain (preferred).
