About the Role Join us to design and implement

advanced planning and optimization solutions

using

DELMIA Quintiq . You’ll lead

configuration, modeling, and deployment

across Macro Planner, Scheduler, Logistics, and Workforce modules in an

Agile/Scrum environment . This role offers exposure to

global supply chain transformation projects .

Key Responsibilities Configure and optimize

DELMIA Quintiq applications

(Macro Planner, Scheduler, Logistics, Workforce). Translate business needs into Quintiq models, rules, and planning logic. Lead SDLC activities: design, code reviews, deployments, and QA. Troubleshoot complex Quintiq configurations and performance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration. Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices.

Required Skills Strong expertise in

DELMIA Quintiq platform

and planning modules. Proficiency in

Quill scripting , object-oriented programming (C++, Java, JavaScript). Solid understanding of

optimization algorithms

and constraint-based planning. Experience with

Macro Planner , Scheduler, Logistics. Agile/Scrum delivery experience; excellent communication and leadership.

Nice to Have : IPC/QS certifications. Exposure to

3DEXPERIENCE

and enterprise integrations. Middleware and API integration experience.

Qualifications BE/BTech in IT/Computer Science or related discipline. 5–12 years in software development/supply chain planning with DELMIA Quintiq.
