JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking to onboard highly skilled individuals who are eager to take on cutting-edge challenges and join one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in the Lending/Treasury industry.

JOB ROLE Work on multiple concurrent projects to gather and analyze business requirements and identify process and technical solutions Utilize advanced communication skills and business process knowledge to effectively communicate technical and non-technical materials to the customer and internal teams Develop and manage high quality BRD/FSD documents to include project scope, software development plans, detailed functional requirements, system evaluation documents, status reports, meeting notes Co-ordinate with technology team to drive changes and remediate issues, ensure requirements and procedures are understood and implemented correctly Guide QA Teams in understanding functional aspects and relevant scenarios Assist project managers in planning and estimating efforts, providing support on business requirements, implementation strategies Work effectively in geographically dispersed cross-functional teams

QUALIFICATION The candidate should have prior experience in handling end-to-end implementation of an Enterprise IT Solution, preferably in BFSI domain Working experience in Lending Domain (LOS / LMS / Credit) or DA/Securitization domain is must have

EXPERIENCE Total work experience: 7 years - 15 years Business analyst: 5 years - 12 years
