Job Description
We are looking for an
HR Operations Executive
who can manage day-to-day HR processes with accuracy, consistency, and care. This role focuses on executionโhandling employee lifecycle operations, maintaining records, and supporting HR systems so the organisation runs smoothly.
Youโll work closely with HR, payroll, and business teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
employee lifecycle operations
(joining, onboarding, exits)
Maintain accurate
employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance, inputs, and changes
Handle HR queries related to policies, leave, and employee data
Support compliance, audits, and statutory documentation
Track and update HR dashboards, MIS, and reports
Coordinate background verification and documentation checks
Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across teams
Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of
HR operations and processes
Experience handling
employee data, records, and documentation
Familiarity with
HRMS / payroll systems
Knowledge of basic labour laws and compliance requirements
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools
