Job Description
Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with IFAs/MFDs in the assigned geography
Act as the primary point of contact for distributors for business, operational, and product-related support
Ensure high engagement and retention of active distributors
Drive gross and net AUM inflows through distributor channels
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Identify growth opportunities with existing and new distributors
Promote SIPs, NFOs, and focus schemes as per business strategy
Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and market updates for IFAs/MFDs
Communicate investment strategies, product features, and performance updates effectively
Support distributors with investor meets, seminars, and promotional activities
Track competitor activity, distributor feedback, and market trends
Share insights with internal teams to refine sales strategy
Maintain regular MIS and pipeline reports
Ensure all sales and engagement activities comply with AMFI, SEBI, and internal AMC guidelines
Support distributors in resolving operational and service-related issues
