We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can provide outstanding support, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth through proactive engagement and upselling.

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST -

Minimum 2+ Years Experience Required -

B2B SaaS experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Advocacy & Support

- Provide detailed product and service information. - Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate. - Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Customer Account Management

- Accurately update and maintain customer records. - Ensure account information is reliable and current.

Problem Resolution

- Identify root causes of issues. - Deliver clear, actionable solutions. - Coordinate corrective actions to ensure complete resolution.

Collaborative Efficiency

- Work closely with internal teams to meet service goals. - Align with team KPIs and performance standards.

Performance Excellence

- Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Maintain strong CSAT metrics.

Technical & Ticket Management

- Manage support queries via Zendesk. - Escalate development issues through Basecamp. - Handle subscriptions and accounts via Chargebee.

✅ Required Qualifications

Native-level English fluency (Strong written & verbal communication is mandatory) -

Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience -

Experience in B2B SaaS domain preferred - ⚡ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently -

Hands-on experience with Zendesk & Basecamp -

Knowledge of Chargebee is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Health-Tech industry - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
