Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales professional to lead business development efforts in the corporate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, promoting our event solutions, and fostering long-term relationships to drive revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales: Lead Generation: Identify prospective corporate clients through networking, market research, and referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Client Acquisition: Pitch tailored event solutions to corporate clients, highlighting benefits and value propositions. Negotiate and finalize contracts while adhering to company guidelines. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new business and expanding existing accounts. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, such as venue arrangements, event branding, or technology support. Client Relationship Management: Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring seamless communication. Proactively address client needs and provide innovative solutions. Retention: Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service and value. Conduct regular check-ins to understand evolving event requirements. Market Research & Strategy: Market Insights: Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in event management. Provide actionable insights to enhance the company's offerings. Strategic Planning: Design sales campaigns and strategies targeted at corporate clients. Collaborate with internal teams to craft bespoke event packages. Operational Coordination: Collaboration: Partner with the event planning and operations team to ensure smooth execution of events. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to meet client expectations. Compliance: Ensure all client agreements and contracts comply with legal and organizational standards.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in event management or corporate sales with a focus on B2B engagement. Strong knowledge of the events industry, including venues, logistics, and technology trends. Established network within corporate circles.
