WWT Scope of Services:
WWT will provide highly skilled Senior TIBCO Engineer/Senior TIBCO Administrators with Java Integration Developer expertise and seven years of experience in enterprise application integration. The purpose of these consultants is to support the migration, administration, and development of integration solutions using TIBCO middleware and Java technologies. WWT’s consultants will work at the direction of Client’s TIBCO Sr. Engineer. WWT’s consultants will be stationed globally, spanning both the Americas and APAC regions.
Key Focus:
Support the migration of TIBCO EMS to version 10.3 and TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.x / BW6).
Implement and support messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS / JMS.
Develop and maintain REST and SOAP web services and integration APIs.
Perform complex data transformations using XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers.
Handle deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments.
Perform performance tuning and capacity planning\"
Deliver on designs for robust, scalable, and highly available integration solutions
Lead production support, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure compliant solutions.
Maintain and upgrade TIBCO environments to ensure compliance and remediation of vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Technical Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration development.
Strong expertise in TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.x / BW6).
Strong programming experience in Java, J2EE, Spring.
Extensive experience with TIBCO EMS / JMS.
Strong hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT.
Experience integrating with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Good exposure to Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with Git/SVN and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with TIBCO Admin, Hawk, TEA.
Exposure to TIBCO API Management/Mashery.
Experience with Kafka, IBM MQ, or ActiveMQ.
Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Healthcare.
