An AI-powered tracking and analytic platform that generates real-time stats, player profiles, and performance trends merged with live 3D graphic visuals for broadcast or streaming (TV or OTT). It creates stunning visuals that help fans understand the game’s depth in an engaging way. Used at flagship events and major leagues across various sports, Stupa Cast also powers automated video highlights generation directly from broadcast feeds, without on-site presence. Stupa Events:

An end-to-end league management platform already used by several federations and leagues across the globe. It integrates player and team management, OTT, ranking and rating systems, live scoring, streaming, and more, all under one white-labeled ecosystem. Over time, the platform builds rich data intelligence, enabling insights such as head-to-head stats, performance trends, predictions, and player dashboards for broadcast and digital storytelling.

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations at Stupa Sports Analytics. The ideal candidate will handle core accounting functions, statutory compliances (GST, EPF, PF), payroll, and bank reconciliations, ensuring our financial processes run smoothly. You will play a hands-on role in maintaining financial health while supporting budget planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

: Day-to-Day Accounting: Manage daily financial entries, maintain accurate ledgers, and perform regular bank and account reconciliations using Zoho. Invoicing & Collections: Issue invoices promptly, track accounts receivable, and proactively follow up on outstanding collections. Statutory Compliances & Taxation: Ensure timely calculation and monthly filing of all statutory compliances, including GST, EPF, PF, TDS, and corporate taxes. Payroll & Reimbursements: Handle employee payroll processing and manage the verification and timely settlement of employee expense reimbursements. Banking Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day bank-related queries, coordinating directly with banking partners for prompt resolution. Budgeting & Tracking: Assist management with budget vs. actuals tracking, monitoring company spending and reporting variances. Reporting (Good to Have): Assist in preparing MIS reports, cashflow analysis, and fundamental financial planning to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements: 2-4 years of proven experience in an accounting, finance, or similar junior-level corporate finance role. Strong, hands-on experience with Zoho is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data management. Solid understanding of Indian tax regulations and statutory compliance filings (GST, EPF, PF, TDS). Clear written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and banks. High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work under tight timelines. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Prior exposure to creating MIS reports, cashflow forecasting, and supporting broader financial planning initiatives.
