Lead Generation – Team Leader (Experience: 2+ Years as Team Lead)
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team responsible for generating BANT-qualified leads across diverse projects (IT SaaS, Fintech, BFSI, etc.).
Ensure consistent delivery of qualified meetings or SQLs for each client project.
Review the quality of leads through BANT parameters and refine outreach strategies.
Track team KPIs, coach members, and maintain performance dashboards.
Drive campaign success by improving qualification accuracy and conversion rates.
Ideal Profile:
Experience managing SDR/lead gen teams.
Strong analytical and coaching capabilities.
