Job Responsibilities: •

Identifying new markets and locating the customers as per the market trends. • Independently visit various markets and generate business from those markets for

Writing Instruments product category. • Market research for identifying the scope of business. Creating the Marketing / Brand activation plan to achieve the sales target and monitor company sales targets. • Creating the Marketing plan to achieve the sales target and monitor company sales targets. Preparing the sales plan on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis. • Converting sample stage to Enquiry to order confirmation. • Handling the customer complaints and providing beneficial solutions to the troubleshooting. • Visit various trade fairs and exhibitions for business promotion and development. • Monitor various parameters for smooth flow of marketing process • Time to time presentations to the management about changing market environment, requirement, behavior and scenario for strategic management. •

Responsible for achieving sales targets as per budgeted sales • Bringing

market intelligence

for development of new lines and products. • Should be well travelled and familiar with trends in

Middle East /Africa/ Latin/ Europe Region.

Required Skill Set: Knowledge about the Product & Industry. Excellent knowledge of international market specifically Middle East /Africa/ Latin/ Europe Region. Must have

travelled extensively

Middle East /Africa/ Latin/ Europe Regions. Analytical skills to derive observations from data, exposure of analyzing complex data and better Vision for trends Process driven, motivated and acute attention to detail. Ownership & cost orientation.

Qualification: -

Graduate in any field. Postgraduate in sales & Marketing/preferably in International Business. Experience: -

Should have minimum of 8 years or more experience in similar trade
