Job Description:

·

QA by Implementing Machining Process Document per product

·

Train Machine Operators on the job to measure and achieve Quality objectives

·

Minimize Quality Rejections through shop floor actions

·

Implement Pareto, Why-Why, Fish-bone, RCA and CAPA

·

Implement ISO, 7QC Tools, Run Charts, SPC, FMEA and other Quality Control Tools

·

Confidently communicate with Export Customers / Global OEs

·

Customer Face for Quality - Audits, Customer Management, RCA and CAPA

·

Train Operator by Implementing Machining Process Document per product

·

Train Machine Operators on the job to achieve 100% Quality

·

Audit every 2 hours - check for quality output on every machine - fill out sheet

·

Audit Operator to ensure Machine check list has been completed at start of every shift

Key Skills & Competencies

·

Strong knowledge of forging processes (closed-die, open-die, etc.).

·

Understanding of metallurgy and heat treatment.

·

Production planning and capacity management.

·

Lean manufacturing / Kaizen / TPM exposure.

·

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
