Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Customer Service

to manage end-to-end customer order processing and coordination in a

B2B manufacturing environment . The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure timely order fulfilment and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities Process sales orders and generate proforma invoices using SAP Coordinate with internal planning and logistics teams for dispatch schedules Communicate order status, timelines, and dispatch details to customers Support pre-sales coordination activities with the sales team Handle sample dispatch coordination and confirmations Follow up with customers on documentation and commercial requirements Address customer complaints and support timely resolution Prepare and maintain periodic MIS and performance reports Build and maintain effective working relationships with key customer accounts Ensure consistent and professional customer service delivery

Experience & Background Minimum

4+ years of experience

in customer service within a

manufacturing organization Experience supporting B2B customers Hands-on working knowledge of SAP

for order processing Candidates from pure service industries (e.g., BPO, IT services) may not be suitable for this role
