Role Purpose
The CRM – Senior Executive is responsible for executing and optimising customer
relationship management initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention, and
lifetime value. The role focuses on managing multi-channel CRM campaigns, leveraging
customer data insights, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver
personalised customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Execute and manage CRM campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, and other customer
touch points.
2. Maintain and segment customer databases to ensure targeted, personalised, and
relevant communication.
3. Analyse customer behaviour, purchase trends, and engagement metrics to optimise
campaign performance.
4. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals
and ongoing campaigns.
5. Manage CRM platforms and tools, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and
compliance with internal policies.
6. Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare MIS reports, and present
actionable insights to stakeholders.
7. Support Customer lifecycle journeys, and retention-driven initiatives.
8. Liaise with external vendors and agencies for CRM execution, as required.
9. Campaign performance and ROI reporting
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Work Experience
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer engagement, or digital
marketing
• Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing brands will be an added
advantage
