We are looking for a high-energy

Junior Software Developer

in India to join our core engineering team. Forget routine maintenance, you will be building fresh features and integrating advanced AI models for a platform used by top-tier enterprises across North America and the Middle East.

What You’ll Do Product Development:

Build and ship production-ready code in

Node.js, React, or Python . AI & LLMs:

Work on the implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate talent matching. Global Collaboration:

Daily syncs with senior architects in

Canada

and

the UAE . Scalability:

Optimize APIs and database queries to handle millions of data points.

What We’re Looking For Foundations:

1–3 years of experience or a high-quality portfolio from a Tier-1 college/bootcamp. Tech Stack:

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and Git. Exposure to AWS/GCP is a plus. Mindset:

You don't just "take tickets," you understand the product and suggest better ways to build features. Communication:

Strong English skills are required for our international daily stand-ups.
