Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our IELTS/PTE preparation software to coaching institutes across Chandigarh and surrounding regions. The role involves B2B sales, institute visits, product presentations, and detailed CRM lead management for every meeting and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Client Acquisition & Territory Coverage

- Visit IELTS/PTE coaching institutes across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar, and nearby areas. - Identify and target potential institutes for software sales. - Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and market insights.

Product Demo & Presentation

- Conduct in-person software demonstrations for institute owners, counselors, and decision-makers. - Present software features, modules, and benefits clearly and professionally. - Customize demos based on institute needs and address all queries.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 0–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, software, or B2B service sales. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage leads professionally through CRM. - Good negotiation and closing skills. - Strong knowledge of local geography (Chandigarh Tricity and nearby areas). - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable traveling.
