The work There is something quietly powerful about watching a three-year-old discover they can pour without spilling, tie their shoes, or sound out their first words. These are not small moments. They are the foundation for everything that comes after: concentration, independence, confidence, and joy in mastery.

PEP Schoolv2 , we take the early years seriously. Not in the rigid, academic-pressure way that many preschools have adopted, but in the way Maria Montessori intended: by creating prepared environments where children develop naturally at their own pace, and build capabilities that serve them for life. We call ourselves “v2” because we are intentionally building a better version of school. More respectful of child development, more thoughtful about how learning happens, and more personal in how we guide each child.

We are looking for educators who love this work and feel excited by early childhood development. Montessori training is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to observe, guide with care, and commit to the craft. We can train the right candidate.

What you will do

Create and maintain a prepared environment Every material has its place, every activity has a purpose, and the room itself teaches order, care, and independence. Observe deeply and personalize the path Watch each child closely to understand where they are developmentally. Notice what draws their attention. Recognize readiness. Document growth in a systematic, practical way. Guide, do not direct Present materials at the right moment. Model precise movements. Offer just enough support. Then step back and let the child work. Your timing and restraint are part of the craft. Support the whole child Children build foundations in language, early math, sensorial development, movement, and practical life. They also learn emotional regulation, conflict resolution, grace and courtesy, and how to be part of a community. Partner with parents Share observations thoughtfully. Help families understand Montessori in clear, grounded terms. Address questions with empathy and confidence. Our parents are involved and educated, and they value depth. Collaborate and grow Work closely with other educators, participate in team meetings, and keep refining your practice. PEP Schoolv2 is founder-led by a team with IIT and IIM backgrounds and experience in places like McKinsey and Amazon, so we bring strong systems, high standards, and continuous improvement into how we operate and support teachers.
