This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Staff at LAXMI MOTORS, located in Angul. The Sales Staff will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include maintaining detailed records, handling inquiries, and staying informed about company offerings and industry trends. Qualifications

Experience in sales and customer relationship management Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales effectively Proficiency in time management, record-keeping, and organizational abilities Familiarity with the automotive industry is an advantage Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of sales software is beneficial Enthusiasm for working in a client-centered and result-oriented environment High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus
