Position Title: Manager – Client Acquisition

Location: PAN India

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Branch Manager

About the Role

As a Manager – Client Acquisition at IndiaMART, you will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals dedicated to direct B2B client acquisition. This role is ideal for someone passionate about consultative selling and skilled at building long-term client relationships. You will play a crucial role in expanding IndiaMART’s market presence by acquiring new clients, enhancing team performance, and driving sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 5–6 sales executives, ensuring high productivity and efficiency - Plan and execute strategies for new client acquisition aligned with company goals - Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to support team development - Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective team motivation and field planning - Oversee sales support functions to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of client requirements - Implement sales promotion schemes and monitor their effectiveness - Identify challenges and opportunities, take corrective actions, and drive revenue growth - Ensure 100% compliance with sales processes, documentation standards, and CRM usage

Education

- MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred) - Minimum 50% in Graduation and MBA - Minimum 70% in both 10th and 12th

Experience

- 2 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales and team management - Prior experience in managing direct sales teams is mandatory

Age: Up to 32 years

Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in client acquisition, direct sales, and B2B sales - Excellent team leadership and people management skills - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities - Result-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to drive high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range

₹5 LPA – ₹7.2 LPA + Incentives
