LEADWELL is looking for a high-performance Client Acquisition Specialist who can take responsibility for results. This is a consultative sales role where you will interact with leaders and present our impactful strategic capability program on Strategy and Innovation as the solution.

Key Responsibilities (What you will do):
1. Lead qualification:
- Qualify inbound leads generated from paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Initiate contact with cold/warm leads from previous campaigns to introduce the program.
- Explain the programโs value proposition, USP, and outcomes clearly to leaders and decision-makers.
- Facilitate the prospect's decision-making process toward an informed, timely decision.
2. Appointment setting:
- Schedule consultation sessions with the Executive Coach. Coordinate and reschedule when required.
- After the consultation session, follow up systematically, identify frictions preventing closure, and drive the opportunity to a clear yes/no outcome.
3. Stakeholder coordination:
- Coordinate with sponsors and organizational decision-makers for nominations and approvals within agreed timelines.
- Persuade executives to complete payment within the committed timeframe and support any internal approval process.
4. Ownership of targets & reporting:
- Take end-to-end accountability for lead-to-enrollment conversion.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in the CRM and share regular updates on pipeline health and performance against targets.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Communication: Good command of business English (Written & Verbal).
- Strong consultative selling skills: listening, probing, framing value, and handling objections.
- Education: MBA (Marketing / HR) with a minimum of 2 years or a graduate with a minimum of 5 years in B2B Sales / Business Development preferred.
- Track Record: A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
